Policies

1) My home is fully furnished and includes linens, bedding, towels, utensils and cookware. I provide paper products, garbage bags and soap. Please bring your own beach towels.

2) Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am. Cleaning permitting, you may check in any time you like. We can also make arrangements for late arrivals.

3) There is a 2 night minimum on weekends, holidays require 3 nights, weekdays are 2 nights.

4) Courtesy and respect for your neighbors should be observed at all times. There is a 10pm noise abatement regulation. Renter agrees to not exceed the occupancy limit as furnished.

5) Payment in full is required to secure a reservation. You can pay by credit card or check (time permitting). To the nightly rate will be added the city room tax of 10.5%. All renters need a verifiable credit card and agree to pay for any damages or losses incurred by their occupancy (all guests) or their pets.

6) After I have received your full payment I will provide you with the address, phone number, and directions to the home you have rented. You will be greeted at the house and given 2 house keys ($50 if lost.) Leave them at your departure.

7) Cancellation policy: Full refund prior to 30 days. Within 30 days, no refund, although we will work with you.

8) Friendly pets are allowed. There is a one-time-only fee of $20 per pet. Returning pets are free. I expect you will clean up after your pet immediately and doggieBags are provided for outdoor use. In the event this is not done you will be charged $50 a PILE :-) Also, if you use the BBQ grill, you MUST clean it, with the same $50 charge if left uncleaned.Smokers are invited to smoke outside.

9) Guests agree to hold the agent and homeowners free and clear of responsibility for damages to self and or property resulting in/from accident, injury or loss due to weather, acts of God or any other reason.
